The following terms and conditions govern all use of the mrrmarket.com web site and all content, products and services available at or through the web site, including, but not limited to, the mrrmarket.com online store, (taken together, the Web site).

Your Customer Account. Upon successful completion of the purchase process you will receive a thank you email from us confirming your account creation. This email will be sent to the address used when making the purchase. The email contains your account login info and should be kept in a safe place and treated as confidential. Customers who distribute their account data or make their account data available to members of the general public (by any means) will face immediate account deletion.

Fees and Payment. Optional premium paid services and or products available on the Web site. By selecting a premium service you agree to pay MRR Market the monthly or annual subscription fees (or fee as) indicated for that service / product. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a premium service or purchase a product and will cover the use of that service / product for a monthly, annual or lifetime period as indicated. Premium service fees are not refundable due to the digital nature of said product & services.

The mrrmarket Web site has implemented the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system, which allows our products to be downloaded immediately after paying for the product, for this reason without any exception we have a NO REFUND policy. We strongly recommend that before payment, our customers:

• Read all information about the system requirements and server settings located on each of the product pages.
• Read the Help and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sections.
• Read our Terms and Conditions
• Read our Privacy Policy
• Evaluate the quality of a digital product by visiting a demo of the product which if available is provided on each of the product pages.
• Carefully evaluate the demo products to ensure they meet the exact specifications you are looking for.
• Do not allow children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a digital product without your permission.

By making a payment for a Digital Product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above No Refund Policy.

This Agreement will be binding and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
